This project consisted of 80% demolition due to the advanced age of the building and the damages caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The entire residence, from the existing slab to the roof, had to be reconstructed. New doors, windows, interior & exterior wall framing and sheathing were installed. The concrete walls that remained needed to be plastered. Work done as part of the RHI program.
